I requested the services of Companhia das Obras for the major interior renovation of my house (house) in January 2022, namely interior painting of the entire house, practically new bathroom, repair of infiltration, part of a new false ceiling…etc.

Budget: Very detailed and professional budget estimate!

Punctuality: The work started on the precise day and time that the company had promised to start, and they were present every day, without exception, always arriving before the scheduled time.

Service and Quality: Extremely polite, well-trained, very professional professionals, always concerned with cleaning the house and with a spectacular dynamic between the different areas/specialties whenever requested (bricklayer, painter, plumber, electrician… etc.). Although some professionals have little experience in the field (not so much because of their age, but due to previous experiences in other professional fields), I did not feel that this had been detrimental to what was intended.

Price/quality ratio: Values above average, however acceptable, taking into account professionalism, dynamics, and compliance with stipulated deadlines. It’s definitely an option to take into consideration in future works/renovations.
